“I have not received my package. The UPS tracking code says it hasnt yet been dispatched. It was due to arrive on the 4th April according to the confirmation but it is now the 13th April. Is this company scamming me?”

Hi Emma, Thank you very much for ordering with us. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are in close contact with UPS and they informed us that the initial shipment was damaged and will be returned to us. We have sent out your order again already a week ago, which should arrive with you tomorrow or the day after. We do experience delays for shipments to the UK due to the increased border controls since Jan 1st 2025. That together with an unfortunate event that damaged the package caused this unacceptable delay. Once again apologies.
