“I'm afraid my review is not positive: the order was more than a month late (and I had to chase you for an update on when it was going to be delivered). The return process didn't work on your website and I had to chase you for receipt of my refund. Not surprisingly, it's highly unlikely I will order from you again. A pretty poor experience unfortunately.”
