“I purchased six jars of Smart Protein in July and have used it without fail, the recommended dose, every day, as directed on an empty stomach. I am 50, with Hashimoto's (I'm on levothyroxine meds for it), am otherwise in good shape, and eat mostly whole, plant-based foods I make myself (I also take Omega 3, B12, and vitamin D, all checked by my doctors), one alcohol drink a week at the most, and I walk and bike a lot. I got Smart Protein because although my blood tests look fine, I have brain fog and fatigue and joint pain. After using six jars of the Smart Protein since July, I can say I found zero improvement.
