“Great customer service and fantastic quality products. Free gift was included in my order which was lovely. Ordered from this company twice for christmas presents this year and both had swift delivery too.”

“Item either was shipped broken, or broke during shipping due to inadequate packaging with the item itself or how it was packaged in the box. Have been trying to contact them since their return/refund policy requires since it requires contacting within 14 days, but not a single acknowledgement. Customer support does not seem to exist at all. Would not recommend buying directly from them.”

“There's a couple paint mistakes that look terrible, and there's a lot of paint scratches from the figure moving around during shipping. I've had to return a cable guy before because it was too scratched up from shipping before, I think you guys need more secure packaging. I also don't like that Shadow is smaller than the classic line of sonic cable guys, he looks weird next to classic sonic.”
