“Product received in reasonable time but delivery by Purolator is always an issue. This is the worse delivery company on the planet. Both UPS and Fedex do remarkable jobs as well as Canada Post. Once again I had to phone Purolator 2 times to finally get them to deliver your product to my home.
Please use a different company.”

Extremely disappointed with TheaDuo Gel dispenser. I cannot squeeze product out of the dispenser. Have resorted to using scissors to cut the end off but it is still almost impossible to use this product. Has it perhaps been frozen at some point or damaged in some way that it will not run out of the tube and into the eye?
I will not be reordering this product for this reason and, in fact, as it is doubtful I will be able to use it. I would appreciate a refund. Alternatively I am satisfied with the drops and would appreciate this as a substitute.
