“To be fair the process was simple and timely and everyone involved kept in touch. However after filling out the online questionnaire honestly and receiving an initial offer that i thought was fair they scheduled a walk through and the offer dropped by 20,000. They Sited several upgrades that would need to be done before the house could get sold. I agreed and the process continued. Then the inspection came and the price dropped another 10,000 and again they said “these things would need to be done before the house would sell”. Today i looked on line and the house is on the market with no upgrades or improvements for 25,000 more than what I received. The process was fast but I am not so sure i would ever sell this way again.”
“I rate poor because we were unaware of all the different fees.we ended up with very little net money. we were led to believe it would have been much more.If we would have known that, we would have not sold the house.”
