“I applied Sri Lanka visa but didn't get it the approval. The status is still pending indeed. Turned out, the government immigration system has been broken for days. The company sent me the eta number as a confirmation of a submitted application to show at the airport. They also issued a partial refund for not delivering the result in time as promised. Luckily, my airline let me check in as they were aware of the whole situation. No issue upon arrival as well. I wasn't quite happy with the situation, but I appreciate how they were proactive in updating me on the process and the partial refund.”
