“Kept up to date with the whole process, find this very interesting and easy to understand. With so much out there to choose from I love the fact that Fractional Gallery has a UK artist, would love to have the money for the bigger pieces, but love the Michael Caine ICON and hope to collect more. “Having been a landlord for many years, I recently came across the concept of buy-to-let art through Fractional Gallery, and I must say it is a genuinely refreshing idea. It offers a different way of looking at investment, combining the potential for returns with the enjoyment of owning something tangible and culturally valuable. I took the time to visit the artwork in person, and it was a rewarding experience seeing it properly displayed and appreciated by the public. I would certainly recommend speaking with the team. They were approachable, knowledgeable, and, importantly, there was no sense of being rushed or pressured. I was given the space to ask questions and came away feeling confident that I had a clear understanding of how everything works. “Dealing with this company was incredibly straightforward. I first came across their artwork at a golf club and was immediately impressed, I made contact with them and found the whole process hassle-free and easy. I hadn’t realised that buy-to-let art was even an option, but now I own some myself. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Just completed my first buy to let style investment in art, which I did not even realise was something you could do. The whole process was much easier than I expected and very straightforward from start to finish. Joe and James were both great to deal with. They talked me through everything, explained how it all works, and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time investing in art. Nothing felt rushed and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. I have invested in both an emerging artist and a Warhol. Really interesting experience overall, and I am looking forward to seeing how things develop over time.”

“I had invested over a year ago in 3 pieces and was not sure how it was going to go! During the last year I have had a lot of contact with Richard and Joe. I had one piece sold within 6 months of me buying it, and have had the other since then sell as well. A very easy process, one I wish I had done before compared to my other investments. I have gone into the Zane Harlow collection on revenue share and some others now in rental. And again found the whole process easy to deal with and it was explained easy for me to understand. I would recommend using them.”

“I had a great experiece dealing with Fractional Gallery and a person called Alena. She was very professional and friendly from the first point of contact. I have a number of pieces with them and in particular love the artwork from Zane Harlow, which is hanging in my recpetion at my place of work, and gets eveyone talking The entire process was quick and easy to understand and when I am next again in the market place for art Fractional Gallery will be my point of call.”

I have dealt with Joe from the start and always found him easy to deal with as the same as the owner Richard. “Great company to deal with, found them very informative and covered all my questions. Went to meet them in their office in London and was impressed to see the artwork in person. The buy to let model is new to me and made complete sense, never thought you could do this with art. After being a landlord for so long this makes much more sense to me, and with no hassle! “Attended their recent private exhibition in Dubai and was impressed by how professional everything felt, the artwork on display was outstanding. Being based in London meant I could easily visit them locally as well, which I did. I was given an early look at a new artist and the upcoming collection, then collected the pieces I had reserved. “Great service, having been a collector for a while, I was after certain pieces for my collection. Spoke with Claire, and she found what I was looking for. I also brought up some of their new artist Zane Harlow, I can see why this style of art is popular. It is worth speaking with them, I went and met them in their office in London and was shown around their new exhibition centre by Richard.”

“Great company to deal with, I have 2 restaurants and have just rented art from Fractional Gallery for both of them. I did not have to do a thing, their team came in and hung the art and dealt with it all. If you need art for your space then speak to Richard and Oscar, very easy to deal with.”

“I had been looking for some Andy Warhol pieces along with a few others and came across Fractional Gallery via their Instagram. Joe was very easy to deal with. He sourced exactly what I wanted and also introduced me to fractional ownership on additional artworks, something I had never considered before. The Warhols were delivered and hung for me, which was a brilliant service. I am looking forward to seeing how the fractional ownership performs on the other pieces.
