“This was my first order with Frameology and I have to say I am very happy, and I will definitely use them for any future printing needs. Eva in customer service answered all of my questions prior to me placing my order and was extremely helpful. I ordered my print on metal and it looks great. The colors are amazing and it’s a very smooth clean look in my opinion much better than a photo under glass. My only issue is with the metal frame itself. The wood backing that is used to hang the picture on the wall is not as nice, not as large, and not as clean as what was shown as an example on their website. It still works, I’m not worried about the metal panel falling off, but I was expecting what I saw on the website and I didn’t get it so that’s why only four stars instead of five.”

“Just take a picture from your phone, pick a frame and send them thru the app. I just got our first one and we are thrilled. It was of our last dog and we didn’t have a framed pic. Currently looking for a pic of our current dog so that doesn’t happen again. Don’t miss this opportunity.”

“The frame I received from this company was very pretty and well done. The picture was printed out and good quality. The shipping was fast and they took the time to ask me if I was happy with the product. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the frame is slightly lower quality than I would expect for the price it cost. Don’t get me wrong, it’s very pretty, but you can tell it’s not very expensive.”

“The selection process is very easy and finished product met my expectations. I do wish I could see the frame better when buying as the quality was a little short of what I wanted. I think I would’ve chose a frame that cost slightly more. Nonetheless, I will be purchasing again.”
