This was my first order with Frameology and I have to say I am very happy, and I will definitely use them for any future printing needs. Eva in customer service answered all of my questions prior to me placing my order and was extremely helpful. I ordered my print on metal and it looks great. The colors are amazing and it’s a very smooth clean look in my opinion much better than a photo under glass. My only issue is with the metal frame itself. The wood backing that is used to hang the picture on the wall is not as nice, not as large, and not as clean as what was shown as an example on their website. It still works, I’m not worried about the metal panel falling off, but I was expecting what I saw on the website and I didn’t get it so that’s why only four stars instead of five.
