“Absolutely an excellent Company. Customer service 1st class which is a rarity these days ! Other companies could do with taking a leaf out Frames Foundry ! My contact was Sultan. He couldn't do enough for you & helped through the tricky payments section online. My new glasses were despatched 1st class. Sultan is an extremely efficient & professional individual. “As I had broken my frames I only needed the frames ,so I searched the internet and emailed Frames Foundry to see if I could order frames only.They replyed the same day explaining how to order just frames on there website and the day after my new frames were delivered. Excellent service”

“Had my glasses for around a year now. I only wear them occasionally but they still look as good as new. Delivery price and service was all good. I did have an initial problem with them but this quickly resolved. I would recommend giving them a go.”

“I broke some frames that had been supplied by my opticians. They said they couldnt get the same frames, so not wanting to buy new glasses and lenses too, I found Frames foundry stocked the exact same frames. There was a short delay but they arrived safely, well packed and my existing lenses snapped in easily. The joys of the internet ! a 25 quid order rather than new glasses at £100 plus. well done.”
