“Went to Egypt in march and first day wearing them just led on sun beds and it snapped on the arm, managed to get sum super glue . Then 2nd day it breaks again on other arm, glued it but them later that day again snapped this time where lens is so lens kept falling out. Contacted via email and was told that it had to be my fault that the glasses broke in first place n all the others”

“Ordered my frames 8th August, their website stated it usually takes 7-10 days to produce their glasses, waited until 23rd and still nothing so I emailed to chase. Was told they were ready and would be posted out within 24 hours. On 25th August had to send another email asking what was happening.... got a reply on 27th August to say that they were finally despatched. They have now gone missing, I have been told this by royal mail and the post office but here I am on 9th September still waiting for a resolution. AVOID!”

“I was looking for a pair of glasses to use on my motorbike, as my current pair had quite thick arms, making my helmet uncomfortable. I was hesitant to spend high street prices for a pair of glasses that I would only use when on my bike, so looked online and found Frames Foundry. The prices were fantastic, so I found a frame with thin arms and went ahead with my order. The communication from start to finish was fantastic, and I was assisted with measuring my face to ensure the frame size was correct. The glasses arrived on time, in a well secured package. The glasses fit perfectly too, and work brilliantly with my helmet. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.”

“Had these frames before out of stock in opticians found them on this site had a phone call from them to say they could insert my prescription posted out & received well before delivery date stated brilliant company will def use again Thankyou”

“These people are outstanding. I have bought from them three times now which makes the point. They will create and fit prescription lenses to your selected frame, having checked your eye etc measurements from a photo which you upload to them. They tend to quote a longish deadline but always do better and your glasses are winging their way through your letterbox in no time. And they are friendly and knowledgable as well as good value. What more can one ask?”
