Ordered my frames 8th August, their website stated it usually takes 7-10 days to produce their glasses, waited until 23rd and still nothing so I emailed to chase. Was told they were ready and would be posted out within 24 hours. On 25th August had to send another email asking what was happening.... got a reply on 27th August to say that they were finally despatched. They have now gone missing, I have been told this by royal mail and the post office but here I am on 9th September still waiting for a resolution. AVOID!
