“Insured with them in January 2020 for an upcoming holiday abroad in June at a cost of just under £280 for 2 weeks, (underlying health problems). Anyway the airline cancelled the holiday due to covid 19. I emailed free spirit to let them know and what where my options. They said they could freeze the dates to later on in the year but if I wanted a refund I would only get 50% back. This is not acceptable and in future I will not use them. They aren't insurance companies they are thieves.”
