“Booked a flight from Amsterdam to Colombia in september 2023, departure noember 7, 2023 on November 5 an e-mail was receieved that due to overbooking the flight was cancelled. Refund should take place within 60 days. I did send several e-mails however no more reply and of course my money is gone is well.”
