Contacted the customer service team dealt with Hayley who rubbed her hands with it bad from a manager. “The deluxe Cadbury chocolate looks great nicely 7 in box but when you take out a bar of Galaxy the glue that is used to stick a stick on it the glue has gone into the chocolate. You some was OK but most you dare not eat I don't no why this has been used cause there was tape on it to.. I would like to know more about this before I take to health standard in aylesbury they cost me 27.50 each one was a present for a freind I don't know if she has tryed yet. They are implying we missed royal mail red card. We did not use royal mail!! The recipient lives in a 24 hour concierge appartment!! They are blaming the customer! Can you believe it. Yodel say shipment never existed.

“Don’t bother brought my dad one of these had it sent to Cornwall. He recently told me a lot the items were out of date and had to bin them. When I contacted funky hampers nothing they can do as my dad should of photographed the out of date present”
“Courier didn't deliver. Recipient had to go to pick up their own gift. They sent me a video of them opening it - it was nothing like what I ordered. Hardly anything in the box, for 50 pounds! Never again.”

My gift arrived 3 days late after my sisters birthday.
Despite the fact I could select a date, and ordered 3 days in advance for first class delivery.
Customer services did not empathise, nor did they show any form of good will gesture to say I paid £30 for a gift my sister did not receive on her birthday!!
They just blamed Royal Mail, and quoted their policy instead of making sure they keep their customers happy!!
Never again will I use this service, it was god awful!”
“I ordered a beer and snacks bouquet for my 76 year old grandad for Father’s Day and I stated I wanted Sunday delivery which I paid for but the parcel only arrived Monday due to damage which DPD had told funky hampers about, yet when I told the support team it arrived damaged and I wasn’t able to get a pictures as my Grandad isn’t technology wise they asked me to return it instead with a free post return but I don’t know how they expected me to return a parcel which was wet inside and full of glass, also DPD had stated it was held due to damage! So that is enough evidence surely but instead they’ve offered me a £5 partial refund for an item I paid £27 for overall! I will NOT be using them again as they have not helped me at all and now I’m out of pocket and my Grandad has no Father’s Day present! Cheers funky hampers”
“Delivery was not on the day specified. Was ordered well in advance and arrived 2days after the day asked for. Paid more for the delivery to make sure. Don’t rely on the delivery to arrive on the day you want. Won’t use this company again”
“We ordered a birthday music box for our grandsons. It arrived late and AFTER our grandsons birthday When it arrived the music box "Happy Birthday" DID NOT WORK. Out grandson was so upset and cried as he LOVES music and we were all looking forward to him opening it. I contacted Funky hampers and told them. They said after along discussion and me having to TELL them to send us a box that's works. They finally agreed. We're STILL WAITING.
Why should we have to chase them up for a little boys birthday present. Bought and paid for in good faith.VERY POOR SERVICE.

I ordered a box of Carmel’s 2 weeks ago, x1 week before my friends birthday. After 4 days, I received no notification on the dispatch, I emailed the support team and Hailey emailed me saying she would be in touch. I’ve had zero replies since then. I’ve tried to follow up.
My friend received a box of milk tray 2 days ago (10 days after my order) for some else called Victoria. I tried to email the support email, but no contact . I have requested a refund, but no contact.

“Ordered a funky fudge crate but what was received was not what was advertised on the website. Supposed to be 38 different flavours but came with around 20 flavours with the remainder being duplicates. Followed the website and called the customercare number only to be told that because its an internet company i had to email any queries in. The woman i spoke to had a serious attitude problem and clearly wasn't interested in helping. This was ordered as a birthday present and its clearly a rip off. Won't be buying from funky hampers again”
