“Fast shipping (most times), great prices, but as they get larger - not quite as good and fun as they used to be (especially uncermoniously laying off the social media folks that made Nerdzday sales memorable).”
“My deck boxes arrived packaged well alongside the Gundam Physalis— and all were specific units I’d been looking for since some time. It helps they were all at a price that couldn’t be beat. Thank you!”
“The game mat arrived much sooner than I thought it would. It was in a big box surrounded by layers of bubble wrap. The price was cheaper than anywhere else. Very happy with this purchase.”
“It was a great experience. The option to hold goods and send them later it’s one of the reason I keep buying here (and make you unique) and also the rewards system.
Also, the packaging was amazing, all games were protected, not like Amazon where they are not careful.
Thank you for all the great work you do.”
“Items are always shipped securely and quickly. Love buying from this company. Will continue to do so in the future. Lots of great deals and fair prices with Game Nerdz.”
We're very sorry for any trouble with your delivery. We don't see any communications from your email or order number reporting a missing package; a member of our team will be reaching out shortly for more information on the matter.
“Usually give you a 5. But. The box was fine it was shipped in. There was no damage to the clix but one of the boxes was pushed down heavily. Other booster was undamaged and was wrapped nicely. Just maybe poor selection on picker. But you guys are always good”
“My purchase of TorchLit by All Play Games, came on time and was very well package. Though I already enjoy this game, the speed and service made my recent gamenight much more enjoyable. Thanks to the GameNerdz team.”
“Very good. Fast and friendly. I do have a minor misprint on a counter sheet but that's hardly their fault. I've reached out to GMT Games already and hope to hear from them soon, but Game Nerdz has been awesome.”
“Excellent! They always pack the games very well so they will not get damaged with shipping! Orders are processed quickly and arrive quickly. Prices are competitive.”
