To confirm, when your package left our facility, all inventory and shipping records taken at processing indicated both booster boxes were included. We had asked for photos of the shipping container to investigate whether there were any signs of the package being tampered in transit, however you no longer had the shipping box. Since all records indicate both boxes were sent and we had no basis to initiate a claim with the carrier, we were unable to provide further support.

FedEx delivered my package fo a building on the other side of my complex and it took 4 days to locate it. Not the first time. My last apartment complex had the same issue with FedEx and it has to be a different driver. The customer should get an option of which delivery service to use.”
