“When I first started ordering from game nerdz I was very happy with how they packaged and handled me orders. Recently, I have had three separate orders come damaged and they told me they can’t do anything about it. The products came very well wrapped with the shipping box in good condition so these products were definitely sent in this condition. Very disappointed and will no longer be buying from this site.”

We're very sorry for any trouble you experienced with your recent order, as we do understand how frustrating it can be receiving an item in less than perfect condition. For trading card items, we do not accept any returns in order to maintain the integrity of our inventory. While we are always happy to provide assistance for items damaged in transit, tears to the plastic wrap surrounding an item that do not affect the integrity of the product don't quality as damage to the item that would warrant a return, exchange, or compensation. A credit compensation was provided for this inconvenience as a one time courtesy.
“I really like being able to pay for an item and place it on hold. That allows me to lock in a price without worrying about shipping. I wish some items would come back into stock quicker, but that appears to be out of your control. I sometimes have missed buying a Deal of the Day by not jumping on an item immediately (within 15-20 minutes). I've also had a Deal of the Day item in my cart and then been unable to pay for it because you ran out before I got to that part of the process. I wish that were fixable.”

“my experience with game nerdz has been wonderful, however my experience with the shipping company of choice (FedEx) has been horrible. my package was shipped on the 3rd and hasnt been updated since (currently the 13th) and was supposed to arrive by the 6th. i would suggest shipping through a diffrent company”
