The customer service is responsive and flexible, assuming a customer hasn't abused the generosity of the company.
More than anything, the careful way they ship their games is truly phenomenal. A different online retailer sent more than one crushed game box and I just couldn't accept that. Game Nerdz pricing is fair if not great. If supporting a FLGS is important, I can see how this doesn't help. For those who don't have easy access to a FLGS, Game Nerdz treats board gamers well.”
