“I had a few different order on hold and both of them had the wrong address (one was an older address I used to have access to and another one was just a typo). When releasing the orders I couldn't update the delivery address, but I did see a note saying that I would be prompted to validate the information before confiming the order release. But the validation was just an extra "Continue" button. When contacting Game Nerdz support, they couldn't really help because once releasing the hold the order was automatically prepared to ship and handed to the carrier. Carrier couldn't help either. In the end I had to drive to my old address to pick it up as soon as I saw the "delivered" notification. But I know it is a execptional case, I had plenty of other good experiences with Game Nerdz.”
