They missed two monthly deductions, offered no real help when I asked for payment options, and later demanded more payments plus broker's fee with urgency, without providing me the actual detailed breakdown of the refund and behind the amount they are claiming. Communicatio was frustrating and lacked transparency. I would not recommend”
