“called in the shop had no signal on my phone the guy said could be sim or phone or phone on the way out he cohersed me into buying a new phone which i didn't need i found out the phone is working fine but when i returned to the shop a few days later as i been working he the was very arrogant when i was trying to explain he interrupted me and said i'm talking i felt humiliated and upset and he was saying about another customer bought a top of a range phone and she wasn't happy with but i thought you shoulden't be telling me this that's rude so he said he wasn't obliged to refund me but i didn't want or needed a new phone i should had been able to return the new phone as it was him who made me to feel there was something wrong with the phone.”
“I was appalled by this company. They left me without a mobile for nearly 4 weeks. They were blaming VODAFONE and VODAFONE WAS blaming them.
They promised me compensation for being without my mobile so long that was months ago. They don't reply to any messages I leave disgusting service never will use this company again.
