“For me, nothing happened instantly, but a month on, I feel calmer and at times more focused and able to concentrate for longer on ‘boring’ tasks…something I really wanted help with. I’m sure it will continue to help me further.”

“Could be the placebo effect, but I feel like I do notice a difference in my mood and mental clarity when taking this supplement. The price is the biggest barrier. It's far from an affordable supplement. I will make use of the 10% off to try it for another month but after that the price will likely be a problem.”

“Seems like a great vitamin, I believe it’s helping my mood. I tend to suffer with a ton of anxiety and take medication currently for it. The vitamin has helped me level out a little bit. I believe I’m on my second bag, so it’ll be interesting to see how I feel as time goes on. I did just start taking an ADHD medication, so it’ll be interesting to see how that works with the medication. I’m hoping it works fantastic and helps my body, doubt, and anxiety..”
