“It is a one stop shop for so many suuplements I knew I needed but didnt want to have to buy and take hunners of each day. I notice if I have missed a day. The clarity of thought, loss of brain fog and focus are the most obvious benefits but I know there are many more!”

“I noticed an immediate difference from day 1. More clarity, focus and mental calm, without any jitters or feeling wired. I've been hooked since starting it (and I've tried TONS of different neotropics/adaptogens/mushroom blends/ supplement combos) I also had knock-on benefits of dramatically reduced PMS symptoms like low mood/ energy slumps / brain fog which was a huge win. “I saw a few ads for this on Instagram and sort of assumed it was one of those rubbish things (like the purple toothpaste) that everyone hypes up for a few months but doesn't actually do anything. I had however gotten to a point where I was desperate to do something about my symptoms and struggling every day and can't afford medication privately so I decided to give this a try. I am on month two and have just ordered my third bag! This isn't a cure by a long shot, but when I tell you it has changed my life I am not exaggerating. I have gone from struggling to just do my day job or one task in a day on weekends (at best), being behind on all of my household chores, practically unable to socialise and having an overall very negative mindset to actually being able to do multiple things in a day. I find it easier to drag myself out of a negative thought spiral and that has been a game changer. I have no idea how things stuff works, or whether it will work for everyone but I am so glad I tried it and will be taking it as long as they keep selling it!”

“I heard people recommend it and thought I’d try for a month and see how I get on . It’s been life changing for me , I am sleeping much better , I have more mental energy so able to get more tasks done and my mood is much better . A good day is a very good day and a bad day is a okay day . I don’t take stimulants so this is a good alternative”

“I've been struggling with poor executive function for years and tried this out of absolute desperation when a work colleague mentioned that her friend was taking it. Within 2 weeks if taking these I found myself doing things that I desperately wanted to do but just wasn't able to. It's like a wall is being taken down and I can climb over it now. Hopefully I'll continue to improve, but will definitely be getting the subscription next time I order.”
