“I was skeptical when I first tried Dopa as I couldn’t believe a supplement would make that much difference so I kept the fact I was taking it to myself. Within a week, I was smashing through work projects, emails and meetings like never before. Within 3 weeks the house was noticeably tidier and my partner commented ‘you’re not starting things and leaving them halfway through as often, what’s going on?’ When I confessed I’d started taking a supplement he was also skeptical, until I missed 2 days of it (being out of routine when on holiday meant I forgot to take it). I was back to being clumsy, interrupting him when he was talking and couldn’t focus on anything and he realised the real impact Dopa has made on our lives. I’m an absolute convert. It’s not a replacement for ADHD medicine, but for someone who has never wanted to take ADHD medicine, this has made all the difference.”

“It's a well thought out supplement and contains quality ingredients that may help you with symptoms of ADHD. I have been using it for a few months but haven't noticed any real difference in my day to day ADHD symptoms. This is my personal experience but I'm sure that it has had a great effect on others.”
