"I'm at a point now where I would buy any somedays product based solely on the description without so much as a fleeting thought regarding the value\/effectiveness. I received a PMDD diagnosis late last year which has helped me take pain management steps with a little more intention (instead of just abusing Motrin on the days-of and hoping for the best -- spoiler alert; 'hoping for the best' almost always resulted in extreme cramps, vomiting and fainting). The cramp cream is a lifesaver -- even before my diagnosis, I had a small jar that I would use sparingly on my very worst days when pain relievers and heating pads couldn't make enough of a difference.
