“ I had a recent issue with a TripGift e-card through GiftRound and contacted their support team to share my concerns. They responded quickly, cancelled the card, and issued a new FlexCard for me to use with another retailer. They also took the extra step of removing TripGift from their platform after reviewing the feedback, it’s really rare to see that level of responsiveness and follow-through. GiftRound handled the situation professionally and made what could’ve been a frustrating experience much easier. I’d confidently use them again for group gifting and found their customer service to be incredible! ”
