“Last two purchases have taken 4-5 working days to pick a single small item for me to collect from store. Didn’t answer the phone the first time so just turned up at store, they were nearly 20mins late opening up, and was then grumpy I’d come to collect without waiting for an email. The item was behind him on the shelf. I’ve had a good experience previously with the guy that cuts the foam, who was helpful and interested hence not one star, but in general my experience is very poor customer service.”

“Had Pokémon booster packs in stock when everywhere else seemed to be out of stock and along with packs of MTG that I can't seem to find elsewhere. Everything arrived very quickly and well packaged, definitely will use again.”
