“Sadly the date on the gift is wrong, it’s my own fault but I emailed immediately after placing the order to notify the error and ask it to be changed but no one responded to my email and it was delivered with the wrong date. So I can’t use it now which is disappointing. The gift itself would have been lovely and is well made.”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the gift with the incorrect date, particularly as you contacted us shortly after placing the order to ask if this could be corrected. Unfortunately, we did not see your message in time to make the change before the order was dispatched, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment this caused.
