All this was 5 stars - but I tried to phone and to contact Go Kayaking by email on a few occasions for advice initially, then for delivery information, but never got a reply to emails and nobody answered the phone - hence a 4 star review.

Order not despatched for six days & wrong size sent. Regrettably, I removed the packaging before realising it was the wrong size, meaning I couldn't comply with their returns policy. However, the very prompt response from Go Kayaking has been phenomenally excellent. with no cost exchange sent by next day delivery and money back. Full marks for customer care. I will definitely shop here again.

Ordered my new PEAK Rvier Guide PFD Vest and although I had an issue with delivery via UPS, the team at Go Kayaking were very helpful and chased UPS for me to ensure that I received my item. They also message me after it has been delivered to make sure it was all correct. Great customer service for sure. Will buy my next kayaking item from them as well
