I have been trying to return it. I sent it back and somehow it was delivered back to me. I have mailed it back to you again. Once I receive my refund I will buy another sweater in it's place. The one I am returning was too big and I didn't like the tucture . I don't care for the sink aspect mixed with the cashmere. I prefer just the cashmere.

My Gobi Cashmere socks (2 pairs) developed large holes very quickly...... Gobi refused an exchange or refund because The Socks Did Not Develop their Holes within the allowed Fourteen Days! Do not buy Gobi Cashmere socks. Shop instead at Hobbs Mabel, Falke, Burlington Fluff, there are several others....

Bought a coat that I had to return. Received a confirmation that my return was accepted. It's been two months of messaging with Gobi now, still haven't heard anything more specific about my refund.

The dress that I ordered hasn’t arrived yet and I guess my order is missing. Gobi Customer service center doesn’t know the tracking number of my order. I need quick refund for my order.

Impossible to communicate with Gobi on a refund - emails unanswered and no other contact details in the UK. Item returned to Gobi and then returned to me, same size, same jumper when I wanted a refund!

Terrible. We got the wrong items! We tried the online return policy TWICE, and both times it failed to register our packs in the post-machine's system. We wasted many days trying to send it back. In the end we paid for our own return, and still no reply about a refund! We will be complaining about this lack of human contact online.
