“ We have a return, due to choosing the wrong size, the web site says shipping is free and provide the shipping return label, but when deposited at the pickup location we were charged additional 9€, which is really poor when the return is not actually a replacement they take the item back and provide a credit, so you loose the original freight you have paid and then you get charged freight when their returns policy says no charges of freight for return. ”

“ Their returns portal doesn't work, their customer service doesn't respond to calls, emails, any contact. Plus the products look different. They claim to pay for returns - they do not. Plus you have to figure out on your own where to send it - they try to stick you with merchandise. There are loads of terrible reviews on Trust Pilot - DON't buy here. It's a scammy store. ”

“ I purchased several items and paid £9 delivery charge under the impression from the website that returns are free. However when I tried to return the items the portal said it was not possible to use this from my country (UK). I tried for a week to call them and no one picked up. i am still waiting for a response through their contact us page. ”

“ The sweaters I ordered arrived. The sizing was incorrect. The XL did not fit me. I got back on line only to find we could not return them as we live in Canada and you only accept US returns. I gave the sweaters to my son in law. At least one of us was pleased the purchase. We paid duty and with no returning I would not suggest shopping purchasing from your company. ”
