“As soon as I researched online I found so many people have had the same experience. Contacted to cancel within the time required. Still was charged. Contacted to let them know and they had no record of me cancelling and refuse to refund. I don't know what the point is of having a trial period if your attempts to cancel aren't honored. There is a fee to have access to a trial period as it is. So they lock people in then make it impossible for you to cancel.”
