“I like the shoe because it holds my ankle and heel securely in place. Cushioning is good. I wear heavy UCLB orthotics and the shoe can handle them. I wish the shoe had a straight last with a rounded toe box to help alleviate pronation. Also, shoe islets are already ripping so build quality is questionable.”
“Praise the Lord I found Gravity Defeyer!!! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. For tennis shoes, I only buy Gravity Defyer, and I recommend them to everyone who comments on them. My favorite shoes are the "Energyia". I walk three to five miles daily during the week, and these shoes are like walking on a cloud! I have always been able to wear them immediately right out of the box without worrying about the need to "break them in". I have also purchased their sandals, which are quite comfortable as well. “I so wanted to love these sneakers, after all the really positive reviews I've seen and heard. I couldn't wait to have my feet feel great after standing or walking. Alas, for me, they did not work. In fairness, I think I just have weird arches, because I tried all inserts and nothing felt good. The arches in the supports did not align with my own, making the shoes particularly uncomfortable. I will be returning mine, sadly, but I don't want to deter anyone else from giving them a try.”
“I have planta fasciitis in both feet. About 5 years ago I had both feet scraped and surgery on one. To this day both feet are still in pain but I have been a gd man for years now. They really are the best shoe for me and my feet. I don't name drop but yes I have tried the other brands. I love the support and inserts you provide. I do recommend to people who ask what I'm wearing. I try to keep two pair at all times. One for work and one for fun.”
