“Wow seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. Previously as a Canadian I have bought there shoes for over 5 years in Vegas. Fast forward last two times I bought on line. First time sent me wrong shoes. This last time the sent me to ahot. I called customer service from the first day . I never got a call back. Then I sat on hold got a lady who said she had to escalate my concern ( no shoes but paid) said I would receive a callback within three days. It is now two weeks absolutely no calls . DO NOT EVER ORDER SHOES FTOM THIS COMPANY !!! THEY ARR SCAM ARTISTS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Do not expect they will care about any issue you have with their shoes! They deserve to go bankrupt!!!”
“3/20 order confirmation for $132.50. 3/25 happy returns approved. 3/25 contacted customer care (Gavin)with price discrepancy. He forward to mamagement for investigation. 3/31, Tamara Funicello responded stating I was charged $114.95, I contacted customer care (Ciara), she assisted in attaching my order confirmation invoice to management with the price I paid $132.50. My credit card has not been credited, I have not had any response from management or customer care for my return credit of $132.50. Order #gd-97744. Happy return code hrkknp6q. Please assist. “I can't review how good the shoes are because I never got to wear them! I was so excited to try them because multiple coworkers have loved them. I ordered them, shipping was very fast! As soon as I opened them one of the shoes has mold on it! I live in the Bay Area so I am familiar with the moist environment and have lost a few things to mold and mildew. It was so disappointing. I immediately started the return process. Once my money is refunded I will order a new pair and try again, hoping this was just a one off situation.”
“I suffer from foot pain, and I was hoping that these shoes would help me. Sorry to say that they are what I need. Ordered 2 pairs and I wish I could say that they are great but even the insoles are so thin and the shoe feels uncomfortable. Sorry but I would not recommend this product to others that need better support from a shoe in this product.”
