“I got this shoes with high expectations just like they advertised, the shoe is comfortable but the materials are not the best , I don’t use this shoes daily , I use 2 other pair of shoes and those are my work shoes , that are only used at work 5 hours a day and this shoes already started to deteriorate and rip

“I really love you shoes, just wish for better colors. All woman shoes are in baby colors like pink, light blue, light peach. How about some real blue, red or orange, no baby colors. The guys have better colors then the woman. But otherwise your shoes are awesome.”

“Recent order July 25,2025 was a disappointment. Not in the product. At least the one I ordered . I ordered 2 Gimor style sandals and received 1 ginormous and one incorrect style. The return portal would not allow me to return it only exchange it. It was not user friendly and had to contact by phone . AI automated assistance did not recognize my reason for calling . Transferred me to customer service. On hold for 30 minutes and it disconnected me.
It took almost 48 hours to get the exchange started and again had to call customer service. Dropped off return at designated happy returns location on 7/30/2025 and have had no notifications . Called this morning and spoke to Kelsey in customer service and she was most unhelpful and stated I could not speak to management . No compensation for their sending incorrect item to me. I would’ve and they have in the past upgraded my shipping for an exchange . She has left me completely disappointed. Have been a long time customer . Have loved every shoe ordered. However the customer support has declined so much that I cannot support a company regardless of how much i love their products.
Hopefully I will receive the correct shoe this time and sooner than the 2 weeks or more Kelsey told me I would.”

“I’ve had about ten pairs of Gdefy at this point, and I have loved all but two pairs. One was the hiking boot, which just didn’t work with the shape of my foot, and these were the others. The support is still good, but it feels like it hits less firmly in the middle of the foot; and the tongue tends to get stuck in the laces.”

“I bought a pair of GDefy sneakers a few years ago and loved them. So, I bought another pair. They were comfortable and seemed to feel good when I walked. Shortly after I bought the second pair the top of the sneakers of the first pair started tearing apart from the logo and plastic. Also, the bottom of the sneaker started separating. I've cut the part that has separated so I can use them. See pictures. I can only wear them for yard work until they completely fall apart. Due to the poor quality I will not be buying these products again.”
“I really do like these g-defy shoes. But, with my conditions, neuropathy and mortons neuroma, I'm changing shoes 3, and 4 times a day. With addiditional soft insoles I can wear these shoes the longest.The shoes are very stury made with lots of shock absorbing thick soles. As far as comfort, I like these over Hoka even. I will definately purchase another pair in the future. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is if they made an insole as comfortable as walking on cool grass. : )”
