“After several years of being able to walk again these shoes had been great, then i bought two pair from your outlet. Both fell apart after next to no wear, the heals came apart which is why i wear them. I'm now looking for another shoe that i don't have to worry if i buy something onsale that falls apart. Thank you for the previous pairs they were instrumental in me being able to get going again but when the quality goes this bad on two pair it's time to look else where. i wish i had not glued them together so i could walk or i would show a pic of what i've been dealing with. “This is my second pair. I love the support and technology BUT both pairs have worn out inside in the back (Achilles) within a year. I only wear them to walk my daily 3 mile walk, I’ve sized down thinking it was slippage but both have worn out with the foam coming out. I’m sad because otherwise I like the performance of the shoes.”
“This was my third pair of g-defy shoes and I was so excited for a new pair. Unfortunately within 4 times of wearing them the nylon fabric on the top developed a tear. You can see in the picture the shoes are not worn in any other way...just the tear. It was past the return date because I didn't wear them until the weather got nice outside ro start walking. When I called customer service they said I had to do a claim online. I started that process but it was too frustrating to complete on my phone. It kept telling me to upload pictures and I already had. I gave up and will look for a different walking shoe for the future.”
“The whole process was a disaster. Tried to exchange the shoes, sent them back and never heard from G Defy. After many weeks they found the shoes I sent back. They didn’t offer to do an exchange, but reluctantly refunded the purchase price. Very ineffective support team.”
