“I ordered three floating shelves of different lengths and they arrived within about ten days - much sooner than I expected - and are really lovely quality. I also emailed Tom with a question about delivery and got a very quick, helpful reply. I was a bit worried by some past reviews but it seems like many of them relate to orders where customers sent incorrect measurements. My experience was really good, and i'd have no hesitation about ordering from the company again.”

“Ordered a single bespoke shelf for nearly £100 10 months ago, which was mistakenly never sent to me - still no sign of the refund for the shelf. I finally reached the office there after chasing for months, and they promised a refund, but haven’t, and are not responding to messages again.”
