“I recently had a 5x4m Inspiration built in my back garden. As I'm in a terrace house all materials needed to be carried through the house, and although it was a bit of a squeeze, I was happy that the workmen were able to complete this with the minimum of upheaval. I has three groups of workmen, base, building, and electrician and all were polite and friendly, and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I was kept informed all the way along the process, and everything was explained thoroughly. One day was needed for the base, three days for the building, and 1 day for the electrician. What a great service”

“I have just had the Garden Room "Inspiration" 3m w X 5m D installed in my garden. So pleased with it. The installation team were really friendly over the 3 days, with great attention to detail and knowledgeable about their product. The craftsmanship in the garden room was outstanding. Looking forward to many years of fun in the garden room with my dogs. Thanks Steve and team.”

“Having done lots of research before ordering, and having previously installed a garden room (not Green Retreats) in another property, I'm delighted with the high quality of the materials and finish. “After viewing many buildings of this type Green Retreats stood out as a superior product. Not only the building but from the time we researched the building to our first visit and the eventual construction the Green Retreat team were efficient and helpful. We are so pleased with our garden building and it's great that a British company are designing and making buildings of this standard. Well done Green Retreats!”

“I spent a fair amount of time looking at companies similar to Green Retreats before finally deciding to proceed with them. I was really impressed with their Sales team compared to other companies I had enquired with. While they were happy to answer questions they were not pushy. The prototype tool on the website gave an actual cost (whereas others would tack on additional costs to an estimate). The Customer Care team were great, and very patient as I tweaked the design a few times. The on site teams (foundation and build) were professional and polite. It was amazing to see the structure being built so quickly. The final build quality is fantastic and the office looks amazing. Really impressed with the whole process!”

“They were extremely accommodating with dates whilst I was waiting for planning permission. The final product looks absolutely beautiful and really adds style to my flat. The materials are top quality and I was impressed by how warm the rooms were in the Westcott warehouse on a cold winter's day. All the workmen were courteous, hard working and skilled and it was all finished faster than was said. I have been really impressed.”

“From start to finish, every member of staff I had dealings with were very courteous and knew their job well. I felt well looked after. I was never left feeling unsure of what was happening next, as they keep you well informed of every stage. The construction staff also kept me well informed at every stage and well lovely guys to have working st your home. A efficiently managed company. Many thanks.”

“Green Retreats have been brilliant from start to finish. Their brochure was informative, helpful and made us think about what we wanted. Their web site was also very helpful. Their administration, from start to finish was excellent. We visited their factory showroom, which we would recommend anyone to do and the rep we saw was great. Once we had decided what we wanted, the process went well and they were able to accommodate some changes from our initial thoughts as we progressed. The team that came and laid the foundations and base were excellent and very helpful on the day. A week later, our main building was delivered and installed. It took nearly a week but the team were excellent, very polite and tided up after themselves throughout. The following week the electrical installation took place and once again the men that did this were very professional and tidy and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We are so pleased with the final building and it surpasses all our expectations. We would thoroughly recommend Green Retreats to anyone who wanted one of their products.”

“Within the confines of normal business practice, our experiences with Green Retreats has been good from start to finish. We were able to fine tune our requirements to our satisfaction with no problem (obviously within the timescale laid down). The result on completion lives up to our expectations in all respects thus far. Our contacts with Green Retreats including sales, customer service and installation teams were first class. “Bicester HQ.,choosing a suitable building,all queries answered, good demo. of materials and insulation. Construction:professional,careful and thorough despite bitter, miserable weather. “I am thrilled with my garden room and have now used it for one summer and one winter! It really is my sanctuary and has changed the way we now use our garden. The team that completed the job were lovely, well mannered and hard working. We had one minor hiccup of a bulb missing from the light and a fuse missing from the fuse box but it was quickly resolved when I purchased them and the company re-embursed me shortly after. All in all a very professional company. I guarantee you won't ever regret buying one!”

“Everyone at Green Retreats is very friendly and professional. The sales team, surveyors and the teams of builders worked together seamlessly to provide a high quality building without any delays. It is a real pleasure to be writing this review from my garden office...where my family also enjoys working or relaxing. So yes, Green Retreats are excellent!!!”

“Green retreat has just completed installation of a 5 x 3 Expression studio in our garden. The overall experience - from booking the installation, transparency on price, communication, quality of workmanship and the finished product was outstanding. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to amend my schedule and the company managed to reschedule the final stage of the installation at the earliest convenient time. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who wishes to install a studio from this company.”
