“Although we had done some research of our own, our appointments here have been excellent. Very clear in explanation from Vas, and the mock up he did on his tablet was very informative. If this is a path you are thinking of going down, this company ( so far) have been excellent. We have placed an order for next year and look forward to GR carrying on this good start.”

“Great product, friendly and knowledgeable project managers with efficient and fun installation teams. Definitely worth going out to the showroom in Aylesbury Vale rather than just planning online. All of our neighbours are seriously jealous!”

“The Green Retreats team were superb in every way, from taking us round their showroom, to visiting our home, to digging the foundations and through to building our garden office. The building is superb and finished immaculately!”

“Needed a gym for my girlfriend to work out but didn't have the room in the house or the desire to go through endless rounds of planning permission. Looked art lots of different suppliers but settled on Green Retreats after going to the showroom. Great service, great product, perfect as a gym or an office !”

“They were extremely accommodating with dates whilst I was waiting for planning permission. The final product looks absolutely beautiful and really adds style to my flat. The materials are top quality and I was impressed by how warm the rooms were in the Westcott warehouse on a cold winter's day. All the workmen were courteous, hard working and skilled and it was all finished faster than was said. I have been really impressed.”

“I use my 'green retreats ' garden space as an art studio. It is in use every day of the year and I love having a dedicated space in which to be messy and creative. It is wonderful to be in a space that is separate from the house and I can leave my work out without the need to tidy it away. It is very cosy in the winter and in the summer I work with the doors open. I have a sink , wall mounted heater and good lighting. The crew who came to instal the building were such fun and worked efficiently and quickly. I would recommend Green Retreats to any one . I have nothing negative to say!!! My studio is worth every penny!”

“We were very impressed with our visit to Green Retreats yesterday. A friendly welcome and nice coffee was much appreciated! This was followed by a tour of the rooms by our host who was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us plenty of time to look at all the rooms on display, of which there are plenty. Thank you for an enjoyable and useful visit!”

“Superb process from beginning to end, it really does include everything from start to finish, no extras or surprises that you might have to do yourself. We were looking to utilise the space in the garden for a family area and in these times working from home, creating an office space. The process is pretty seamless. From using the online tool to keep amending and tinkering with designs to finalising that via an online planning review and then site visit. It's all easy to follow and has great levels of communication throughout from your assigned person. This was all done in lockdown, when we could, we visited the showroom to see the materials first hand, which really helped with those finishing design decisions. The build itself was planned out clearly and then each step was followed from the base, to the build, to the plasterers and electricians. The installation was great and the team were hardworking, polite with attention to detail and always checking in to make sure we were happy. The outcome is a great building, lots of space and now no commute. Lots of great feedback from friends and family (the ones that can visit)”

“So pleased with our fantastic Garden Room. It has been brilliant to have had the extra space during lockdown. The quality of the building is excellent and because it is insulated we can use it all year round, unlike some we looked at which would be very seasonal. We have added a small kitchenette with a water supply with waste laid on as well. The installation went without a hitch and the sales and after sales service was really good. We totally recommend Green Retreats.”

“I've recently had a 6m x 3.5m Inspiration installed in my garden. Having shopped around elsewhere - and had some disappointments both in terms of service and product - I'm delighted with the result and I've really enjoyed dealing with Green Retreats. Visiting the showroom was a pleasure, with someone taking all the time I needed to explain the features of the rooms on display. I'd definitely recommend a showroom visit to anyone thinking about buying. And there was absolutely no hard sell. The site visit was a great opportunity to talk through my plans in detail, get some expert feedback and reassurance that my initial ideas would work and then amend my ideas accordingly. Again, no hard sell. The installers arrived bang on time - literally to the minute - and completed the project when they said they would, taking genuine care in ensuring I was delighted with the finished building. They left the building immaculately clean and my garden spotless. The quality of the product is just awesome and the experience from start to finish has been superb - Green Retreats have a product and a process that is well refined, as well as a culture where everyone seems to really care about going the extra mile and delighting their customers.”

“I can not describe more highly the service I received from Green Retreats ,every stage was faultless from the initial visit to the showroom where we chose and designed our garden room , to the site survey where we were offered further advice and guidance through to the final installation on site. The installation teams carried out a first class install , as a qualified electrician myself I wanted to carry out the electrical installation myself , although this is unusual we worked together and at no stage did I get the feeling it was causing a problem , far from it the team was more than happy to oblige offer advice and assistance. On completion the garden room was cleaned and left in an immaculate condition , all rubbish was removed from site with the room immediately ready to use. The room looks stunning and everything that was planned in the showroom has been achieved and exceeded. I would fully recommend Garden Retreats to anyone looking to purchase a a quality product.”

“My partner and I have felt for some time that our house wasn't quite big enough for our current needs. We love the area and our neighbours are brilliant. Rather than moving, we decided to have a garden room/office instead. After checking out various companies online we decided to go with Green Retreats and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, we've been very impressed with their staff, right from visiting the showroom to all the different workmen that have been around at different stages to build our garden room. The work was done in stages and started approximately 5-6 months after we placed our order. Week 1 - Base, Week 2 - Garden room assembled, Week 3 - Plastering, Week 4 - Electrics + Final fixes. We thoroughly recommend Green Retreats and their staff.”
