“The website is well set up and easy to access. The software that allows you to visualise the finished product is really useful to tailor the style of the Green Retreat to your individual requirements. There is a good range of products and we found one to suit our needs. The sales team were most helpful and the order was quickly made and processed. The delivery and set up by the team was efficient, rapid, friendly and helpful. The same applies to the electrician who came at a later date and set up the electrics. All in all we are extremely pleased with our Green Retreat and the service carried out by the team. We can highly recommend them.”

“When we started looking there were many companies out there advertising garden office all oh which promised the earth. We decided to visit the Green Retreats showroom and were immediately impressed by the team on the day and ordered straight away. The work was carried out as promised and on time and we are delighted with the finished office. We have already recommended Green Retreats and would do again ! David and Toni - London N8”

“Green Retreats were absolutely fantastic. This is quite simply the most straight-forward building project we've ever done. GR's online portal made the whole process so easy to manage, there was always a human being at the end of a phone if we had any questions and every member of staff that we met was polite and very helpful. The garden room itself is a fantastic addition to our home and we're absolutely thrilled with it. Nick and his team were incredible, even working steadily in snowy conditions. An all-round great experience with this company - can't recommend highly enough!”

“From start to finish, I had the feeling of being in safe hands and that a great product would be delivered at the end of the project. Green Retreats did not disappoint. Navigating around the Covid-19 pandemic could have meant trouble for a company less professional, but with Green Retreats it was effortless, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“From start to finish, every member of staff I had dealings with were very courteous and knew their job well. I felt well looked after. I was never left feeling unsure of what was happening next, as they keep you well informed of every stage. The construction staff also kept me well informed at every stage and well lovely guys to have working st your home. A efficiently managed company. Many thanks.”

“I cannot recommend Green Retreats highly enough, they are a Quality organisation and they deliver a quality product and service. From visiting the showroom (a must) to final fix has been entirely stress free for me, the project schedule is clear, and their process from ordering to installation just works. Every team that has been involved has been professional and proficient and a pleasure to have working in the House and garden. There has been constant communication throughout, the team are happy to make suggestions and provide advice and guidance when opportunities or circumstances present themselves. The is great flexibility in how your building can be configured, take the time to talk it through and explore the opportunity for customisation, in particular for the lights.”

“I ordered an Expression 4x3, arrange a delivery date. Green Retreats kept me informed on progress and even allowed me to modify the order. The delivery day came and 3 very courteous men arrived , explained everything and ensured I was happy with the location then set to assembling the prefabricated parts 2 days later I was the proud owner of my garden office which looked and still does very professional. It now has computers, cable TV, storage racks and a large desk with all mod cons High speed broadband, heating, lighting. Almost good enough to sleep in if the building regs permitted it! Brilliant service and product, thank you.”

“Green Retreats have been excellent from the 1st call, to design, the showroom visit, base construction, build, plastering, electrics and final fix. This product is not the cheapest, but offers great value for money due to the quality of service, professionalism, and build. Everyone we have come into contact with has been excellent. The pricing and solutions are clear and transparent. My only complaint is that due to demand for this product, we had to wait 6 months, but it has been worth the wait. Would recommend highly. David M”

“We made a visit to the showroom in Mid June 2018. As we were travelling, we arrived quite early, before opening time. We were invited in before opening time and given fresh coffee, so off to a favourable start. We were then shown the buildings on display and were given ample opportunity to ask questions and to discuss our requirements. We had a good idea of what we wanted and at no point was there any pressure applied to add optional extras, unless we specified that we wanted them. More brownie points earnt there. We decided there and then on a 6m x 4m inspiration room and paid our modest deposit. The site survey happened a week later and we had an install date for early September. Being school workers, we explained that August was better for us and were promised that if a cancellation or delay in another project arose, we would be offered an earlier date. True to form, that did happen and we were all set for mid August. After a scorching few weeks the base day arrived. The heavens opened and it poured down all day. At no point did the four guys on the base job complain, instead they just got on with the job. The following week, the install was scheduled for three days from the Wednesday on. The guys arrived bright and early and really put in a long shift on day one. We were fully involved in decision making and the guys did a faultless build. It is clear they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is admirable. Following the build, the two man electrician team arrived and efficiently went about the job in hand, all without issue. Then the blinds were fitted a couple of days later, again with no fuss and yet again by a friendly guy. Throughout, nothing has been too much trouble. All are a real credit to the company. And finally a BIG thank you to Rebecca, our customer advisor, throughout the process. Always quick to answer my many questions, no matter how trivial, and always keeping us up to date on developments both via phone calls and emails. It was a pleasure from start to end, so a big thanks to all at garden retreats. Service to this level is an art form, and the company should rightly be proud of the teams and all they do. We are delighted, so once again, our thanks to all. Ian & Jenny”

“Green Retreats have been brilliant from start to finish. Their brochure was informative, helpful and made us think about what we wanted. Their web site was also very helpful. Their administration, from start to finish was excellent. We visited their factory showroom, which we would recommend anyone to do and the rep we saw was great. Once we had decided what we wanted, the process went well and they were able to accommodate some changes from our initial thoughts as we progressed. The team that came and laid the foundations and base were excellent and very helpful on the day. A week later, our main building was delivered and installed. It took nearly a week but the team were excellent, very polite and tided up after themselves throughout. The following week the electrical installation took place and once again the men that did this were very professional and tidy and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We are so pleased with the final building and it surpasses all our expectations. We would thoroughly recommend Green Retreats to anyone who wanted one of their products.”

“From choosing our garden office to having it built was a completely positive experience. Green retreats display hangar is truly representative of what you get. Everything is is explained clearly and transparently. The installation team were brilliant . They knew exactly what to do and got on with the job with the minimal disruption to me. That took three days. The electrician connected us up on the fourth day and we’re ready to go. I can’t praise Green Retreats enough. They’re a grown up company. Bruce Adams”

“We have recently added a Green Retreats building to our Nursery and it is used so that our children can choose to be indoors our outdoors. The build was swiftly put up and the fitters were professional and kept us informed every step of the way! The office team are fantastic and it really helped that they provided all the information and drawings we needed for the planning application as we had to get if for our commercial property. A big thank you!”
