“Fantastic Company! We are absolutely delighted with our completed Garden Room from Green Retreats, it turned out even better than we had ever imagined. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail is first class. We have nothing but praise for all members of staff from the many elements of all the various construction teams to the administration team. Everyone was polite, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Green Retreats really do have an excellent standard of Customer Service & Care and we cannot recommend highly enough the end product - the standard and finish of our Room is amazing, we are happy to give 100% on all aspects of this project.”

“Green retreats were super helpful they gave me the most comprehensive quote and even though I didn't visit the showroom I felt I was given a complete picture. I wanted a garden room to use as a fully functional gym. I love the space that has been created it's light and fresh and I love being in there. Putting heavy equipment into the studio has not been a problem as the company put in extra strong foundations. The building feels sturdy and solid although it can't accommodate a pull up bar . I have however been able to hang my trx . Super efficient service it was fully functioning with in three days , ground works went in a week before. Helpful and good communication from the office On site teams were all awesome and easy going but hard working and very tidy ! I am delighted !”

“Bought the Pinnacle 5mx3m to create extra space at our office premises. Completed three weeks ago. Very pleased with the cabin. The service - from the initial sales visit through to completion - was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional and helpful. They arrived at the day and time scheduled and their head office kept us fully informed. When we had unexpectedly delays getting planning permission (our fault), Green Retreats were understanding and even offered us back our deposit. A couple of small hitches on the paperwork were dealt with promptly and courteously. Apart from some extra cabling (my fault: last minute decision to add an extra Internet connection), the cabin came in bang on budget. At the outset, Green Retreats' helped us think through exactly what we wanted (plugs, Internet, lights, windows, blinds, decoration). It was an extremely helpful exercise - had I stuck with the plan, the price Green Retreats quoted would have been the price we paid. I found Green Retreats a good, honest company to do business with. “Green Retreats were recommended to me by my mums neighbour. Despite being some distance from us we decided to go and view the showroom. We were so glad we did. The staff were so professional, helpful and attentive. Once we decided to go ahead with the build I can honestly say from start to finish we were 100% happy with the whole process. Everything that was promised was delivered on time. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was excellent. When the building crew arrived and worked on our build they arrived on time were polite professional and trustworthy. I had some last minute changes e.g. decided to plaster the walls, this was handled with no problem. The company are so professional. The building is amazing, looks so solid and will last for years. It has made a focal point in the garden. We are so glad that we chose Green Retreats. A very happy customer !!!”

“the guys were there at the time and date stated , they were very clean in all aspects of the work and cleaned up every day .the retreat i have got is way beyond my expectations as were the work force , got to say they were professional in all aspects and in all departments, with a special thank you to Amanda who kept it all ticking over and nothing was too much trouble for her , she just sorted it out , would recomend this company and product to all . “We are very happy with our garden room and are looking forward to using it regularly. The portal - where we could design and track our order - is a great idea although it did suffer a few glitches at times which was a bit annoying, but our customer service lead - Jessica - stayed close to our order to ensure it went through smoothly, from initial placement through to completion, and made us feel well represented throughout. The installation went very smoothly and completed to schedule - Covid got in the way of one element, but Green Retreats moved quickly to arrange an alternative team, keeping everything on track. Each team were busy all the time they were here, and kept our garden tidy. No problems with the room so far - happy to recommend.”

“What a refreshing change to have a job finished not only on time but early too! The Green retreat experience was great, from our visit to the showroom and on to the finished product . We were able to view many rooms and come away with an informative brochure. Because we were assigned a single point of contact ( Jessica)), it meant we didn’t get passed from person to person to resolve any issues. The team that built my gorgeous garden room were hardworking and cheerful and turned up when they said they would. Unlike with a lot of other companies, all the people involved in the work were employed directly by Green Retreats rather than being freelance(so had a good product knowledge). I would definitely recommend this company!”

“We initially chose Green Retreats for our garden room based on their designs we looked at on-line. A representative visited us and gave excellent advice on its location and how the site should be prepared. Before confirming an order we traveled to their showroom to view their products in person and were impressed with their quality and the friendly personal advice we received without any hard-sell pressure. Once the order was placed their communication was good, their workmen friendly and helpful with everything happening on the scheduled dates. We are delighted with the result and already spend a lot of time in our new garden room.”

“We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden room from Green Retreats (greenretreats.co.uk). The quality of build is top notch, and the whole experience from going to the showroom and deciding on the design, to the help we received with planning permission, and advice on preparing the ground, was excellent. Many thanks to all at Green Retreats, especially Rachel Boothaway, our planning advisor to whom nothing was too much trouble and who supported us all through the process. It was exciting watching the lads erecting the garden room over five days, and they were very professional and took pride in their work. The finished building looks stunning and we can’t wait to use it.”

“Having thought about a garden room for a while I eventually settled on Green Retreats, snd the experience has been great. From early conversations, to site survey and installation in has been really easy to speak with people, ask questions and feel confident in the investment. The finished project is superb. The quality is great and it's come fully ready with power and insulation. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“From start to finish there was no pressure to buy, we were treated with respect by everyone, questions were answered fully, nothing was too much trouble for any one. The teams who built the retreat were polite, clean, tidy and very efficient. They left no rubbish, clearing up as they went and put up with my questions when I was home. The office ladies were also very helpful and patient with my worries. The whole experience was much less stressful than I expected and we now have the most beautiful “Sewing Sanctuary” for me to enjoy. It is also a beautiful structure to look at from the house. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Thank you so much.”
