“At every stage of of my Green Retreats experience, from the initial browsing of the website to the finished garden room, I have been delighted. All the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and more than pleasant to deal with and their knowledge and efficiency has been unquestionable. I have no hesitation in recommending Green Retreats to anyone thinking of adding a garden room and, in fact, have already done so - I love my studio.”

“Green Retreats has been great to work with,arrangements and planning was efficient and straightforward. Everything went smoothly, I could tailor my building plan to my needs with help and advice from customer care and a really helpful visit to the showroom. The different teams on site were professional and hardworking. They created no disruption to us and left everything looking great . I love it and can't wait to get it fitted out! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a really beautifully made garden room .”

“From the moment we visited the showroom to the completion of the work, the whole process was was very professionally organised. “We have been very pleased with all the people that came to do each steps of the work. They have all been really Professional, polite and nice. They made the whole experience very enjoyable and smooth. You really have a cracking teams of experts. Also the customer care service has been really on top of everything your service is really great and we feel we had excellent value for our money.”

“After seeing the range and quality of the Garden Offices at the Green Retreat showroom we had no hesitation in commissioning them to design and construct our own studio at the end of our garden. The whole team were a joy to deal with, from the sales and support team, to the base team and right through to the construction team. Definitely recommended! The new studio looks the business and has had many great comments and admiring looks from visitors and neighbours alike. We went for a 6m x 4m Garden Office and we're glad we stretched that bit further for the larger size as it affords us space to relax and to work. As an artist the light and space are invaluable and the studio is perfect to bring customers to. They love it!!”

“A very positive experience from start to finish. I had researched thoroughly before deciding on Green Retreats and as it was a considerable investment for me, I had to be sure I was making the right choice. From the telephone conversations, the surveying, the planning and building, everything went smoothly. Colin and Martin did a good job getting the base where I wanted it, Blair and his team worked tirelessly on the construction despite some very wet weather on one of the two days and the team of electricians explained things to me simply! I love the finished garden retreat!”

“We ordered our garden room in January and waited until July for construction. The whole experience with Green Retreats has been exceptional and they must be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional company who did everything they could to help us throughout the entire project. The brochures and initial design specification on the website was first class. The visit by a site planner went smoothly and was peace of mind for us. They took one day to lay the base, three days to construct (5 metre by 3.5 metre) and half a day for the electrician. We had a bit of an issue with the professionalism of one of the construction crew but this was hardly the fault of the company. We chose the Pinnacle design and it looks absolutely fantastic and we are very pleased with how it has turned out. Exactly what we wanted. We now have a combined home gym and office away from the home (about 200 feet from the house). The only negative feedback I would give was the electrician quote to run armoured cable from the garden room to connect into my garage was extortionate. I think I was quoted in the region of £1600 and decided to get my local electrician to do this part of the work for £450. Would highly recommend Green Retreats to construct a garden room for their utmost professionalism from start to finish. I would also recommend a visit to the showroom in Aylesbury which gave us some new ideas and a tweak of the plan to incorporate some extras. Thank you Green Retreats.”

“I visited the showroom today to view all the garden rooms. The layout of the showroom is excellent and the assistance second to none. Very helpful and informative. Plenty of time allocated to help design my bespoke room and advice given. The process seems very smooth and efficient. I look forward in green treats supplying my new garden room. Thank you again”

“Mia Canó was extremely helpful and efficient when we visited the Twickenham showroom. She is obviously used to last minute changes to agreed plans and heated discussions between clients who have rethinks are perhaps the norm. Nothing phases this lady who was professional and welcoming throughout. We came away confident that our garden office will be just as we want it.”

“Superb level of expertise and quality of workmanship at all stages of choosing, planning, construction, installation and finish. Excellent proactive support from office. Friendly but unobtrusive, builders and electricians all of whom worked hard and tidily. I was pleased that I made the effort to visit a showroom to see various garden room models and check sizing. There was no selling pressure and straightforward, patient explanation. I'm delighted to recommend his company and their product.”
