“Absolutely incredible service, from going to the showroom to the completion of the garden office, Green Retreats' staff were all friendly and professional, willing to answer questions and always a quick phone call away. There were no issues in the slightest and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a garden office, well worth the money.”

“We simply love our Expression Garden Studio, I cannot rate this company highly enough. The whole experience from the easy to use on-line configurator, visiting the showroom which is packed with inspiration and ideas, the sales support team, the ground workers, Tom and his team of installers this week, working in very difficult weather conditions right through to the electricians and finally the blinds being fitted. The whole experience has been first class from start to finish.”

“I am delighted with my new 5x3m garden office. It has been the smoothest building project imaginable. They did everything: electrics, foundations, ethernet etc ... and everything well totally smoothly. Really high quality product. I couldn't recommend more highly.”

“Green retreats have been brilliant from start to finish. Professional, honest advice at the offset. Never tried to upsell or make us spend more than we wanted to. Room was built in super speedy time - just 3 days! The guys did a great job & cleaned up after themselves & our new garden room is amazing! We really couldn't be happier!”

“Incredible service from beginning to end. Everyone who worked on our garden room, from the surveyor to the builders to the guy who fitted the blinds were professional, knowledgable and courteous. Our garden room is simply stunning. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

“My dealings with Green Retreats were consistantly excellent, they were informative and friendly and tolerated my changes of mind with ease. The people who laid the base and a week later erected the office were unreservedly helpful, professional and efficient. The finished structure was exactly what it said on the tin and was a week early. Already one of the neighbours was so impressed that they are considering getting one. An all round excellent experience”

“I had a smaller garden unit built as an office / homebrewery in SW London and could not be happier with the excellent finished product and good customer service. Highlights have been, good finished product, responsive to questions, efficient and friendly contractors, able to accommodate any requests. I usually prefer to leave a comment on what could be better, but in this case I struggle to come up with anything relevant.”

“Green Retreats have been a pleasure to do business with from our first visit to the showroom to the completion of our garden room. The quality of the building is excellent and the whole project was superbly managed. If you are planning a garden room I would strongly recommend that you look at Garden Retreats. Their product range is wide with lots of options and the rooms are excellent value for money. Every member of staff we met from those working in the showroom, the surveyor, the base and build teams and the electrician have all been punctual, helpful, courteous and professional. It has been really great experience.”

“From the initial enquiry,all the way through to completion of the project, Green Retreats have proven to be the most professional company .The customer care team, the surveyor and the amazing build teams,have all been exemplary.The build was trouble free despite terrible weather and the result is a beautiful garden art studio. To say that I am incredibly pleased is an understatement ! Thanks Green Retreats ! Highly recommended .”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Rebecca was quick to respond to any email and made the whole process easy. The team of builders from survey, base, construction and electrics were very polite and tidy with there work, and the finished product is of excellent quality. I would happily recommend Green retreats to family and friends.”

“My second green retreat, as efficient and uncomplicated as ever. Now I have a warm ( underfloor heated) contemporary work place at the end of the garden. 15 square metres of extra space for under £20,000. Thank you again”

“An absolutely fautless experience was had from Green Retreats from beginning to end. We have made full use of The Lodge all through the winter up to date. Warms up in no time in the winter and is lovely to sit in during the summer evenings enjoying the wildlife in the garden. 100% satisfied.”

“We highly recommend the company for the excellent service from beginning to end. The journey to Westcott to see the retreats is very worthwhile for the setting alone but it also helped us make a few changes, like choosing bifold doors. All the staff have been brilliant, so helpful and quick with their responses. The team constructing our retreat worked brilliantly leaving our garden in perfect order, even vacuuming the lawn! They all worked so well together and were very polite and entertaining. I have no hesitation in recommending green retreats.”
