“We had been looking for a supplier for a garden office for about 6 months and hadn't been desperately impressed with either the product offerings or the responses to queries from many of the suppliers. However, from the outset Green Retreats deleivered on all aspects. The product is well speced and fitted all our requirements and if we had wanted or needed upgrades or alterations we could do this. Although prefabricated and in many ways a standardized product, there is room for much tweaking, providing almost a bespoke product. The responses to early queries were quick and complete. From the initial requests for further information, through to the site survey, to the updates from the project leader and finally to having people on site actually building, the whole process was clear, transparent, and efficient. We were kept abreast of the project's progress by email, updating us as to what was happening next and always asking if it was it still OK in terms of dates. When the build teams did arrive on site they were clean, considerate and conscientious. The work was done quickly and the end product is just what we were looking for. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.”

“Green retreat has just completed installation of a 5 x 3 Expression studio in our garden. The overall experience - from booking the installation, transparency on price, communication, quality of workmanship and the finished product was outstanding. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to amend my schedule and the company managed to reschedule the final stage of the installation at the earliest convenient time. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who wishes to install a studio from this company.”

“We are delighted with our garden gym from Green Retreats. Everything has gone smoothly from the design consultation, to the site visit, to the build. Visiting the showroom is really useful as you can see a range of different styles and set ups and the consultant set out our options really clearly. We then got an online design which we could tailor to our exact needs. When it came to the build we got a really clear schedule and the build went exactly to plan - we were so impressed with the work and professionalism of all the team doing the build. We are getting lots of compliments from family and friends about how good it looks ! Can't recommend them highly enough !”

“Very helpful visit, knowledgeable and helpful adviser, no hard sale and under no pressure to purchase and we had freedom to make our own decisions. Very good environment and excellent opportunity to see the product so that decisions were the best possible for my situation and needs. I was convinced that this product suited me perfectly so I placed an order.”

“First class experience from beginning to end. Jess and her colleagues in the office couldn't have been more helpful with the options. The office was erected in a day and a half by Nick and his team with another half day each for foundations and electrics. Great attention to detail and very happy with result.Best example was when I 'caught' one of Nick's team hoovering the grass to remove the sawdust! Would recommend Green Retreats to anyone.”

“In spite of them being very busy with lots of people getting Garden offices, our experience with Green Retreats was excellent. The person who came and did the site survey had some good ideas which helped us make our space better, and actually reduced the cost from my original online plan. The teams that came and prepared the foundations and base, then the main build, followed by plastering, painting and electrics were all professional and very tidy. All the time with great support and communication from the customer care team.”

“Garden room only completed this week, so cannot comment on durability of product, but throughout the ordering and installation process Green Retreats have been utterly professional, and a pleasure to do business with. “Fantastic experience with Green Retreats at their Aylesbury showroom. Our host was very knowledgeable about the product, process and planning rules. Absolutely no pressure sales whatsoever, which would be a major turn off for me. Having extensively researched the market we were already sold on GR's product. I have to say that the quality on show more than lived up to expectation. I would highly recommend a visit, and fully expect to be doing the same in respect of the product and installation once complete.”

“Extremely impressed with Green Retreats from start to finish We ordered a 7 x 4m Pinnacle cabin From the initial survey, flexibility with the online configuration, customer service responsiveness and excellent quality of workmanship - it’s been a seamless and very efficient and consistently high quality experience from start to end I had a number of queries and requests, which were all dealt with very efficiently. My wife and I are very happy with the end result We’ve worked with other building / renovation companies in the past - but this was by far the best experience Each of the specialist workers (foundation, plasterer, painter, electrician, aircon) were very consultative and capable, as was the customer service rep (Rachel) In particular I’d like to call out Matt and his team who did the bulk of the work building the cabin, working tirelessly until late in the evening to get the job done on time. Really excellent Thank you”

“We have been delighted with the Green Retreats experience. From arrival at the showroom to completion of the build of our garden room all the team were courteous, competent and able to deal with and answer any questions asked relating to our room. It was a pleasure to have the base and room build teams in our garden working very efficiently and effectively. All arrangements worked to the pre agreed timetable and were completed on time. It definitely seemed to be to our advantage that all the staff were employed by Green Retreats, i.e.there was no sub contractor involved at any stage. Well done Green Retreats.”

“Really pleased with these guys, they were great from start to finish. Well worth visiting their showroom to get ideas and see the finished products with the various options, and the showroom staff are really helpful. The online configuratior is also really useful, allowing you to play around with the various options and see what they will cost. Communication was great and everything incredibly professional, from site survey through all stages of install. All the install teams turned up exactly when they said they would (to the minute), were friendly and professional, and finished the work quickly, efficiently, and without leaving any mess. I got a few quotes from different companies and Green Retreats stood out. I wasn’t disappointed and I would highly recommend.”
