“Just had our outdoor room completed and we are really impressed. Quick turnaround, helpful staff and amazing install team who were impressively efficient, considerate, skilled and helpful. Quality of finish is perfect, best tradesmen we’ve experienced. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“Really good experience from start to finish. Quality seems excellent so far. All the staff were great. With a short delay due to Covid, service was resumed and they turned up early and on time when they said they would. We absolutely love the garden room. It looks fantastic. Just need more than one!”

“This is my second Garden office from Green Retreats, and for the second time the whole experience was quick, painless and finished perfectly to my requirements. From the planning stages, to the build, electrics and then snagging at the end, everything happened when they said it would and to a very high level of quality. The Office itself is perfect, secure, warm, light and solid, I would recommend Green Retreats to anyone, true quality of service and product.”

“Amazing Customer Experience!!!. We have just had stage one of the installation of our new garden room by Chris and his team. From the minute they started to the minute they finished nothing was ever too much and they would do all they can to make the whole experience run so smoothly. Chris and his team are a credit Green Retreats. We cannot thank them enough. We will update the review when the garden room is fully completed. We would 100% recommend Green Retreats!!!”

“Initially we visited the Green Retreats factory showroom following a random web search and were impressed by the products on offer and knowledge of the staff. It gave us confidence to place an order and we recommend others visit to see the large range, talk through the many options and get a sense of the company. Green Retreats seem very well organised and we quickly placed an order for one of their largest buildings. It was delivered on time and built with a high quality finish despite the fact that they had to carry the components through our garden gate and up a steep slope and build it when storm Doris hit. Substantial thought has gone into the design details to ensure rapid construction with no problems, even in bad weather. The team worked hard, fast and effectively. We purchased most of the 'extras' such as cedar cladding, a substantial electric fit out, partitioning, sliding doors and extra windows. It is now up and running as a home office and we are very pleased with the product, workmanship and customer care.”

“I would like to personally thank the base installation, building and electrical teams for the excellent work they have done on my garden house. Their work was of the highest quality and the garden house I have now far exceeds any expectations I had when I first ordered it. The teams did their work with little, if any, disruption or damage to my property and left the site clean and tidy. The base installation and building teams led by Ian and Lee in particular had to handle some unpleasantness from a neighbour, which they did in a very professional and respectful manner. My customer care administrator Rachel also did an excellent job helping to shepherd me through the process (despite the tardiness of my replies!) Green Retreats have excellent teams working for them and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to friends and colleagues.”

“Green Retreats did a fantastic job throughout the process, starting from the initial consultation to the final day of electrical work. All teams involved were extremely hard working and exceptional at their tasks, they were also very helpful in answering any questions I had throughout the building work. It's amazing how quickly the main building was erected and the quality of the final product is brilliant. Overall the building looks amazing and is perfect for its intended purpose. I would highly recommend this company to others in need of a garden room. The after care from the customer service team is excellent and were very helpful clearing the left over materials from the site.”

“I am thrilled with my garden room and have now used it for one summer and one winter! It really is my sanctuary and has changed the way we now use our garden. The team that completed the job were lovely, well mannered and hard working. We had one minor hiccup of a bulb missing from the light and a fuse missing from the fuse box but it was quickly resolved when I purchased them and the company re-embursed me shortly after. All in all a very professional company. I guarantee you won't ever regret buying one!”

“Thought we just would do a garden shed but small Swiss type thing. Our landscaper showed us the brochure..no turning back. Best choice! From the initial site review... to the guys installing and all the support along the way.., service was excellent. Hugely satisfied and very happy with the communication and support and definitely the final product. THANK YOU!!”

“We could not be happier with our Green Retreats experience. It was an exceptional and professional service from start to finish — the sort of service you always hope for, but rarely receive — and we are so pleased with the delivery and quality of the final build. We visited the showroom back in December. The range of products and options on show really helps you pinpoint what you want/need. We put down a deposit and left comforted in the knowledge that should we decide not to proceed, it would be returned in full. The ease of the online builder also helped us firm our design plans. The property was surveyed and we booked an initial date. Numerous issues arose that meant we needed to delay build. Green Retreats could not have been more helpful. We pushed it back to a later date with no problems, and when we decided to proceed earlier than we anticipated, a date was found quickly. Every single member of the team we encountered was fantastic. From staff at the showroom, to the surveryor, project manager and builders. We have been so impressed with the professionalism — polite, friendly and above all efficient. Further, communication has been superb. Every email, every question was answered and responded to. The service has been second to none. And finally the excellent quality of the build. The freedom to plan the office as you want, including electrical points and windows, as well as adding additional things such as points of security cameras etc, really helps you build the room you want. Green Retreats are customer focussed with an excellent quality of build. We do, and will continue to, highly recommend them.”

“I was searching for the perfect cabin to use as my sewing studio. As we have a modern home, I wanted the cabin to be modern in style, with plenty of light - and to able to use it year round. After much online research, I noticed that Green Retreats had a showroom. I'm so glad we went to look. Very helpful, by visiting the showroom we saved money, as we followed their suggestion to edge the cheapest option in metal to match the doors and windows. The finished cabin is everything I wished for. Service was good and the base and cabin were fitted on the dates given. From initially visiting the showroom to the completion of the cabin was just over a month - far quicker than we had anticipated. The workmen were brilliant. I opted to extend the front with decking. With lights set in at the front, it sets the cabin off perfectly. The finished cabin covers almost the entire width of our garden and looks superb. I was given the choice of where to position the sockets and heater. It is now my dream studio, and I absolutely love it. When it was cold weather, it heated up in no time - after half an hour I had to switch the small heater off. I would happily recommend Green Retreats to anyone thinking of buying a garden building. Great service, great work, fantastic studio. If in doubt, do take the time to visit the factory - all the building types are there to view, and it is easy to discuss your requirements.”

“I have just had the Garden Room "Inspiration" 3m w X 5m D installed in my garden. So pleased with it. The installation team were really friendly over the 3 days, with great attention to detail and knowledgeable about their product. The craftsmanship in the garden room was outstanding. Looking forward to many years of fun in the garden room with my dogs. Thanks Steve and team.”
