“I am pressed with the whole company from our original visit to the showroom to the completed garden office. The chaps couldn’t have had worse weather when erecting the office. It started to bucket down an hour after they arrivedand only stopped when they were finished. However, I have to say they are a great bunch of chaps, with a first rate sense of humour (and you would need that given the atrocious weather) and worked incredibly hard. So were the chaps who installed the base the previous week. The office is everything that I had expected with great finish. Really very impressed with the whole company. Companies are made by the culture and values that pervade the entire organisation. You chaps certainly have that right.”

“Everyone at Green Retreats is very friendly and professional. The sales team, surveyors and the teams of builders worked together seamlessly to provide a high quality building without any delays. It is a real pleasure to be writing this review from my garden office...where my family also enjoys working or relaxing. So yes, Green Retreats are excellent!!!”

“Fabulous professional service from beginning to end. All the tradesmen were totally trustworthy, friendly, clean and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - the only trouble now is that we'd like to design and install another but can't. Green Retreats come fully recommended by us.”

“From initial contact through planning and then the various stages of construction to completion the whole process was completely professional. As customers we were fully supported with help and guidance quickly and readily available. Every member of the delivery teams worked professionally and efficiently but, at the same time, in a friendly matter. Needless to say, we are delighted with our Lodge. 100% recommendation.”

“Our garden room experience went very smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend going to the show room first as this gives you a good feel for what you are getting. The whole process from beginning to end took 4 1/2 months. The staff were extremely helpful.”

“Our garden room was completed today (20th April) and the whole process from initial contact to signing off the finished product, has been nothing short of simply outstanding. Where do you start...well firstly, our allocated personal contact Grace has been so so helpful; from answering numerous questions in quick time to the continuous small revisions we made, were all dealt with professionalism and ease - this initial, and important stage gave great confidence in the project and expenditure to follow. Secondly, and after a period of about 12 weeks (lead-time) the base (foundation) guys arrived: on time, friendly and carried out their clearly perfected preparation in readiness for the install a week later in super quick time. Roll on 7 days, and It was now turn of the four-guy installation team to erect the garden room (pinnacle we chose) - I must say, having had much interaction with tradesman/builders etc over the years, these guys were on another planet. Polite, clean, friendly, punctual and most off all, guys at the very top of their game. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked as a team like a well oiled engine. Top class in every single aspect. On the third and final install day, the two-guy electrician team also visited to connect up the electrics, lights, sockets, Ethernet etc. Again what a fabulous duo. To repeat what I said about the main install team, they too were friendly, polite, clean, punctual and guys who knew exactly, what to do and what they were doing! To conclude, we have been left with a stunning garden room and a fabulously positive experience to boot. If anyone ever needs confirmation that customer care and professional tradesman are still out there then they should look no further than this company , they are employed by green retreats and are worthy of ever penny they earn. I will finally finish by stating that I have absolutely no affiliation with green retreats at all, and have never ever written such a detailed review as this. 4 months ago I never even had knowledge of the company. The simple fact is, we received such a first class, 5 star diamond service and product that has not only set the standard, but has raised the bar to what I believe is a level very few others could/would ever hope to achieve. “Every aspect of our new Inspiration Garden Room is wonderful - from the early selection and planning process to the installation. The staff at head office were always ready to help, and the teams doing the foundations, the installation itself, and the electrics, were all highly efficient, clean and tidy, and very polite. We are impressed with the insulation and heating, and the sturdy and secure construction. We already enjoy using it as a summer house, but look forward to working in there on art projects and so on. Really wonderful in every respect (and at a good price too)!”

“We are delighted with our new Green Retreats garden room which had its final fit last week. The whole process, from visiting the showroom (which was extremely useful), through survey, ordering and various stages of building has been well managed and well executed. Our customer service contact, Celia Hodgson, has been very helpful and supportive throughout. All the build teams have been professional, friendly, hardworking and made a good job of clearing the site at the end of each visit. The only issue which caused slight disappointment and frustration was lack of communication when planned visits were changed on 2 occasions and I was not informed, but had to phone the office to ask where the expected teams were! However, this only caused a day’s delay each time and customer service was very apologetic and sorted it promptly. Overall, our experience with Green Retreats has been excellent and I would definitely recommend them. We have been so excited to start using the lovely new space this weekend. Thank you to all the teams involved.”

Head office, installation team, plasterer, sparky and final team were all polite, tidy and did a great Job. Anyone looking to extend there living space without the extreme costs of a house extension should go visit Green Retreats”

“What a great team. From the visit to the showroom, to the electrician finishing the job, the whole team were fantastic. They were accommodating with a few that needed making, especially around timings, which is just what you need when making such an investment. The team thats came on site were polite, and so quick to get stuff done. The finish is great, and we've already had people enquiring about who we bought the office from ! Can't wait to get my furniture in and start working in there.”

“Absolutely love Green Retreats! They were a delight to deal with from the moment we made our initial call right through to the completion of the project. The design, the quality of the materials, the process, communication, responsiveness and general helpfulness were all top class. As is often the case in business, it is the people that add to the experience. From the guys that laid the foundations to the team that built our Retreat to the electricians they were all absolutely a credit to the company. Their punctuality and work ethic were matched by the quality of the work. To a man they were pleasant and engaging. Our Customer Care Administrator, Krystal was fantastic to deal with.The communication throughout the process was so good. We look forward to enjoying many hours in our new garden room. Many Thanks!”
