“Green Retreats has it all sewn up. A great range of buildings of high quality construction at fair and competitive prices. There are cheaper options out there but, as with most thing in life, you get what you pay for. From choosing a design, to finalising plans to installation, the team could not have been more professional and just delivered on every promise made. I just cannot fault this company in any aspect of their operations. Definitely well worth the money!”

“From the moment we phoned Green Retreats we were happy. Staff on the phone, demonstration showroom, quoter, fitters and quality of building are all top notch. We use half of our room for a gym (which they carpeted for us) and the laminate other half will be a place to sit with the bi-folds open when England warms up! As the owner of a site installation company I know how hard it is to achieve total customer satisfaction but Green Retreats have done it. We would recommend without hesitation.”

“I recently had a 3x2m Inspiration office installed in the small rear garden of my mid-terrace house. From my first viewing at the Green Retreats showroom through to the final fittings, the process has been flawless. Grace, my advisor throughout the process, was superb. She kept me up to date with everything, letting me know exactly when and how the the foundations, main building and electrics would be installed, all in her very friendly yet professional manner. The building itself is just what I'd hoped for and the installation team were quick, efficient and considerate of my home (all parts had to be brought through the house). Overall, I'm delighted with my office and the service delivered by Green Retreats. My wife and I had researched getting an extension beforehand but the price of these offices and quick build time are what won us around. For 2-3 days disturbance and £12K instead of 6-8 weeks and £25K+ (+ uncertainties), it was a no brainer. I'd highly recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking for a home office.”

Also all the various teams that came to do the work were, without exception, professional and courteous and took care to make sure I was happy with what they were planning to do and what they had done. “The whole experience with Green Retreats has been a good one. From initial ordering to the guys who turned up to complete the base, the main builders and the finishing team have all been great. Our project manager (Rachel) has been fab and when we did have any issue / question was super quick to respond and resolve. At the end of it all we've got a great garden building.”

“We browsed the showroom in Nov within 6 weeks the finished product was installed in our garden in time for Christmas! The customer service team, foundation team, build team and electricians were all very friendly, efficient and cooperative. We're so pleased with the result and will definitely be getting another when we move.”

“I spent a fair amount of time looking at companies similar to Green Retreats before finally deciding to proceed with them. I was really impressed with their Sales team compared to other companies I had enquired with. While they were happy to answer questions they were not pushy. The prototype tool on the website gave an actual cost (whereas others would tack on additional costs to an estimate). The Customer Care team were great, and very patient as I tweaked the design a few times. The on site teams (foundation and build) were professional and polite. It was amazing to see the structure being built so quickly. The final build quality is fantastic and the office looks amazing. Really impressed with the whole process!”

“I am very pleased with the quality of my garden room and I can't speak highly enough of the Green Retreats staff - from the showroom to customer care to the expert installers and tradesmen. They have all been so nice, helpful and thoroughly nice people from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble, their work is excellent and they have been incredibly polite and respectful when working at my property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Retreats.”

“After viewing many buildings of this type Green Retreats stood out as a superior product. Not only the building but from the time we researched the building to our first visit and the eventual construction the Green Retreat team were efficient and helpful. “We have just had our garden room completed and couldn't be happier with it. The team were great from start to finish, advising and supporting our decisions. Our visit to the showroom was informative and helped us to see the potential for our room. Staff were very helpful and honest in helping us decide what we needed for our room and what was unnecessary for us; this actually cut our costs! We are looking forward to using the room - especially our children who are very excited!”

“Really well built buildings that provide a quality space in your garden, rather than a draughty old shed. There was no hard sell, just an honest view of the options. Good communications from the team to arrange the construction and it was done in a week. The build team arrived on time or early each time and would put in the effort to make sure it was built to my specifications.”

“We’ve never had the pleasure of dealing with a company and a product as outstanding as Green Retreats and their Garden Rooms. From the moment the exquisite brochure landed on our doormat right through to the “final fix, the quality, care and attention to detail that Green Retreats displayed at every step were all first class. Our Garden Office is absolutely superb ( We cannot find anything online to touch it…which is why we were prepared to travel 3 hours from our home to visit the Green Retreats showroom before placing our final order! ). The quality of our Garden room is equally matched by the professionalism and care we received from all the staff at Green Retreats, right through from our wonderful Customer care assistant, Mikayla, to the friendly, helpful and courteous team, led by Andy, who skillfully assembled the Garden office for us. We cannot recommend Green Retreats highly enough, the product is fairly priced, the build quality and workmanship are superb and the customer care second to none. A Massive, “Thank You” from us to everyone at Green Retreats; we will enjoy our Garden Office for many years to come. It has enhanced our garden immeasurably and has already become a key feature and focal point! As an aside, the project was made to be really fun and easy ( thanks to the brochure, online 3D configurator and wonderful staff ) and has been a great adventure for us! Dave and Helen Lockett.”

“We looked at several online suppliers of garden rooms but settled on Green Retreats for a couple of reasons; firstly, for their attractive, modern design and secondly, we liked the all-inclusive pricing. The end to end process of configuring the building, placing the order, ground works, installation and post sales service was outstanding. The build quality and the materials are all of the highest order. Communication was excellent at all stages. Even when there were a couple of small snagging issues post build, the Green Retreats team drove out to our property and resolved these quickly and professionally. The project is now nearly complete and the building looks stunning and its surroundings. It has definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking to buy a garden room.”
