“Having done lots of research before ordering, and having previously installed a garden room (not Green Retreats) in another property, I'm delighted with the high quality of the materials and finish. Extremely helpful customer service and friendly and efficient installation team. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I recently had a 5x4m Inspiration built in my back garden. As I'm in a terrace house all materials needed to be carried through the house, and although it was a bit of a squeeze, I was happy that the workmen were able to complete this with the minimum of upheaval. I has three groups of workmen, base, building, and electrician and all were polite and friendly, and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I was kept informed all the way along the process, and everything was explained thoroughly. One day was needed for the base, three days for the building, and 1 day for the electrician. What a great service”

“A great experience from start to finish. I visited the showroom and was so impressed with the range. Everyone I dealt with - showroom team, site surveyor, base team, build team and electric team were professional, thoughtful, tidy and great attention to detail. Any query I had, Rebecca (my point of contact) replied so quickly. I looked into a few other options for my garden studio and I am so pleased I chose Green Retreats. My family joke that it's my 'shed' but it is anything but - excellent construction and beautiful inside and out. Thank you Green Retreats!”

“Excellent product and service, everyone who was involved in my home office's construction were pleasant and helpful to deal with. I love the finished result, it really is the best way to add space to your home without hassle or major expense. Mine is to be used as a photographic studio, but to be honest I love it so much, I think I'd just have one anyway as it adds extra space to my home perfectly and i just like sitting in it and looking at the garden!”

“After much deliberation and researching for a garden room/office space I finally decided on Green Retreats. The reason, they offer a complete and thorough service with no frills gimmicks or intense sales pitches. The staff are extremely helpful and have excellent knowledge to help support you every step of the way. Each building can be tailored to your needs which is what I like along with the fact all the work is completed by the company from the base to final finishing touches. The overall experience is second to none, with the delivery and installation working like clockwork, to the point where a step was made and delivered to site on the day of installation after realising I wanted a step built. All the workmen were professional courteous and worked extremely hard to ensure the building was installed in two days. Everyone who has seen the building is impressed and I am now looking forward to using my office garden room, I would highly recommend Green Retreats.”

“I've wanted a workshop for so long, and went through a year-long indecision as to whether I'd (attempt to) build one or buy one. When I saw the quality of Green Retreats' outdoor buildings, it became an easy decision. Green Retreats were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. When it came time to build the workshop, they were in and out in a very short amount of time, and they did a fantastic job. Upon completion, one of the builders confessed to me that he had made a mistake: a tiny dent in the corner of the roof. It was something I wouldn't have noticed or cared about, but he did. He apologised and said he would be back to correct the issue. It was this kind of care and attention to detail that assured me that my trust was in the right hands. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Just had an Inspiration 4 x 3 room built in my garden. The ground work team were very courteous, and professional in their work. A week later the building team were also very friendly, informative, and professional in their approach towards building the room. I was consulted at every stage of construction regarding the position of power sockets, heater etc. Although my garden was extremely wet and turned muddy due to their footfall they were extremely careful when working inside the room so as not to get mud on the carpet tiles plus they also made an extra step out of decking which was very much appreciated. Thoroughly recommended and good value for money. Prior to ordering this room I visited many garden room manufacturers and I can honestly say this product was far and above the best by comparison.”

“Selected online, this seemed a good product. Then we visited the factory and was really impressed by the staff and operation. Price was comparable so it was the quicker lead time / service than the competition which was the deciding factor and meant they got our business. The Salesman came to measure and explained their service - very pleasant. A few calls to agree the delivery time, including a qualified Electrician to install and connect the building to mains power. The Groundworks men were excellent, done in a day with no mess. The assembly happened the following week - all as planned, very pleasant team. My only criticism was that the use of boards would have caused less wear on the lawns. The electrician made an effort when asked to install the wiring from our consumer unit to the building with ducting to hide the cables in the garage then used armoured cabling in a trench to the building and worked in a tidy and clean way. The support team back at base were very pleasant and called to check all was well during the installation. Overall speaking as a buyer who was seeking a good product and service I was very happy with both. I very am happy to report this is a great business running well and a pleasure to buy from, our thanks to Grace and the team.”

“Extremely pleased with our new home office. The guys who installed the office, painter and electrician and also the blind fitter were all very professional. “I couldn’t allow my experience with Green Retreats to pass without commenting on the product and the service that I have received throughout. From my initial visit to their premises (which I thoroughly recommend), through the administration, customer relations and the installation, everyone was outstanding and I must commend the whole team. Furthermore, I have been involved in building projects for the last 40 years and I must acknowledge the professionalism, care and attention to detail of the installation team. Throughout, they kept me informed, were both courteous and good humoured and exceptionally tidy. They are a credit to the business and I wish them and the rest of Green Retreats well.”

“Great communication. Efficient, highly professional workmanship. The building was completed on time without any problems. I was very impressed by the attention to detail, friendliness of the staff and high level of skill and overall quality of the work. The workmen arrived on time, cleaned up after each day. On the last day they stayed to 8:30 making sure the floor was clean and any small jobs were complete. We were very satisfied and look forward to utilising the space in the future. We have already recommended the company to others and will continue to do so.”
